Meet the new Passengers

Here at OurPass, we believe in an inclusive and community-focused approach to the work we do. With this in mind, our team is made up of people with diverse experiences who bring their unique perspectives to our shared goals. This month, we are proud to announce that OurPass has hired new team members to help us achieve our goals of gender balance and equal opportunity.

OurPass initiated a hiring mandate, this year, giving preference to qualified female candidates in all open roles at OurPass. As a result, we are welcoming 3 outstanding women alongside other equally qualified men to our rapidly growing team. We recognize that to reach our goal of a 50/50 gender balance, we're going to need to do much more and prioritize empowering women. OurPass continues to strive for a team that reflects the diversity of our community and we recognise that there is always room for improvement.
